President and CEO
Dr. Evan McMahon brings decades of experience in hospital administration to the table. After converting his private medical practice into a shared practice group, Evan became a consultant to several healthcare institutions in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Irvine in California. He moved to the Northeast area 10 years ago and helped to establish PGH.

DR. PETER CHANG
Bioethicist
Dr. Peter Chang comes to PGH after receiving his post-doctorate certification in Bioethics. He brings experience obtained with his work at the CDC office within the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Dr. Chang has provided valuable contributions to PGH and leads the Bioethics Committee.
